If we sell it, we can fix it. Count on CanTorque for full product support, ensuring that your tools receive the necessary repair and maintenance to keep them in optimal condition.

To minimize any disruption to your operations, we offer complimentary loaner systems (within Canada) if any CanTorque system is out of service for any reason.

For most of our tools-we are the factory. We designed it, produced the components, assembled and tested it. We know it inside and out.

For everything else-we’ve undergone training by the manufacturer to their exacting standards. This gives us a great knowledgebase on which to operate.

In cases where we simply don’t know how to solve a problem we have excellent working relationships with our partners and can get answers quickly

We understand the urgency of getting back on the job site, and our skilled technicians ensure prompt and reliable service so you can get back to work faster and with confidence.

If you bought a system from CanTorque we will also supply you with a complementary loaner system to use until we are able to have yours repaired or replaced.

We are equipped to repair your tool with our extensive stock quickly.

For those rare occasions that we don’t have something in stock, we can source it or furnish a comparable tool from our rental fleet.
