Yes, when you pick up your equipment we can certainly show you how to connect, operate and maintain the systems.

Our rental management system will calculate the actual amount of time the equipment has been in your possession.
We automatically issue a monthly invoice when your rental hits 28 days.
While we can sympathize with your situation, unfortunately, yes you have to pay.
Our rates are based on having exclusive use of our equipment, not how much it is used.
